This modern farmhouse in Mandeville Canyon, Brentwood, blends rustic charm with contemporary design. Featuring warm wood siding, large black-framed windows, and a sleek corrugated metal roof, the home offers a balance of traditional and modern elements. The spacious layout emphasizes indoor-outdoor living, with wide oak floors and custom cabinetry enhancing the interior’s organic, refined feel.This project was designed by Tim Barber Architects, where we contributed to its development as part of the Architecture team. It is currently under construction.
